Rooms are super clean, they clean it every day, or twice a...
Rooms are super clean, they clean it every day, or twice a day!))) I stayed there 3 days and all 3 days I used a fresh towel. They even have a toothbrush and slippers just like 3star hotels!!))) What I liked the most was milk tea!! The staff speaks good English, they gave me maps, and even called another county to check if the park would be open during Chinese New Year)) thank you!
I may sound not logical, but I didn't like that 4 bed room had 1 shower. (first, I was really happy that I wouldn't have to leave the room just to hit a shower ) but then...then It did make inconveniences to sleep when other guests were checking-in (after 22:00) and taking a shower

Helpful staff. I lost my key under my bed and the housekeeper helped me to find it. Lockers
You do not really meet other people except those in your dorm. No towels and bath gel/shampoo provided No curtains in the dorms

Good location and value for money
Staff were great and gave good assistance with directions and finding places. Good spot reasonably close to MRT and very close to bus stop. Easy to get to most of sights.
Bed was a little bit hard. I had a park view room but street lights and lights in park were on all night. Some bad smell coming from drain too.
